Both the founders of the company have worked in the cleaning service sector for a number of years, for various companies and agencies and found that different companies work to different standards, with different equipment and cleaning products, so had very different ideas of what a good job or level of service was; they got together and decided that they would combine forces to provide a service that would provide an exceptional clean, fantastic service and an unbeatable overall customer experience – hence FILC was born. That was the easy part; the difficult part was to define this and design a system that was truly innovative and unique within the cleaning sector. They decided that in order to do this they would need to do the following:- • Provide an individual, tailored work schedule for each customer, ensuring that the customer got exactly what they wanted. • Provide an individual, tailored check list for each customer, ensuring that each of the customers’ requirements was checked at the end of the job – this means that each and every requirement of the customer reaches the exceptionally high standards of FILC each and every time ensuring that FILCs’ complaint level remains at zero percent. This is the basis of our 145 point check list. • To use only the very best professional equipment and cleaning products on EVERY job. • To employ only professionally trained and experienced staff that shared their vision and desire for perfection.
