About Filipino Student Association at FSU
Our mission is to promote and increase awareness of the Filipino culture to the student body and the Tallahassee community. We provide opportunities to enhance the understanding of our nation’s history and culture, while educating those who are unfamiliar with the beauty of our Filipino heritage. We aim to create a welcoming environment for individuals through engaging discussions, workshops, and socials to build a community here at FSU. FSA seeks to define, preserve and continue a strong foundation of our cultural values. We hope that through our events, activities and actions, we can define a higher appreciation for diversity and promote greater awareness at FSU.
