FILM VENTURE is Ireland’s leading course provider for short term Camera Acting Intensive courses. We are a partnership comprised of film director/writer Graham Cantwell and actor/director Amy-Joyce Hastings. We specialise in practical training, believing that time in front of the camera is the only way to properly develop your camera craft. Our group classes promise to inform and educate in a comfortable and inclusive atmosphere. We cater to the needs of artists at all levels, from beginners to the highly experienced. Film Venture also operates as a production company of original narrative fiction films. Credits include feature films The Callback Queen (2 x IFTA nominations 2016), Duets (in development) as well as many award winning short films Body of Christ, Parfum, Nocturne Passage, Exercise Caution, QED and the Oscar Longlisted, IFTA Nominated Lily.
