CeramAlOx®, an innovative line of clear, barrier aluminum oxide coated film, provides a crystal clear high performance barrier and can be printed and laminated using standard equipment. It is not adversely affected by moisture. The technology utilizes evaporative resistance machinery and is a cost-effective alternative to traditional EVOH films with expected savings up to 15%. FILMtech also provides various contract converting services for customer-owned film. We can slit film rolls from wide web to narrow web widths, metallize film up to 130”, use different metallizing parameters and plasma treat film. We can customize capabilities, provide quality control within one machine with closed loop monitoring, and warehouse your film. We provide toll production reports, scrap reports in lineal and area calculations, and work within an agreed upon specification to deliver product that meets the most demanding standards.
