About Filtration Services

Filtration Services is a long standing global provider of bespoke solid/liquid filtration equipment to the processing industry and a specialist in the design and manufacture of the rotary drum vacuum filter (RDVF). The company's core business is the RDVF, from the supply of new equipment to the maintenance of existing machinery. The RDVF is a versatile machine and, with the appropriate solids discharge system, can be used in a wide range of industries and applications. Whilst the basic principle of an RDVF hasn’t changed for almost 100 years, Filtration Services’ effort and dedication has ensured that their machines are more sophisticated than their older relatives whilst maintaining the high level of reliability associated with previous designs. All of our equipment is of bespoke manufacture and we design each unit to meet the customers' specific requirements. The filters are all of a robust construction to make them suitable for use in the most arduous of process conditions. The design is such that maintenance points are easily accessible and machine servicing can be quickly undertaken without the need for special tools. We also provide a full and complete service for the correct operation and maintenance of a range of filtration equipment, including the supply of spares and consumables, process optimisation, operator training, equipment servicing, process trouble-shooting and machine overhauls.
