Meet Our Founders: Russell Lewis MC: As a co-founder of Forces Finance, Russell brings over 20 years of distinguished service in the British Army, including his heroic leadership in Afghanistan which earned him the Military Cross. Following his military career, Russell transitioned into leadership and strategy consulting, working with top corporations and charities. He’s also served as a board director for the NACFB and as Chief of Staff at Ashford and St. Peter’s NHS Hospitals Trust. Now a Lieutenant Colonel in the British Army Reserves and the upcoming Commanding Officer of the London Guards, Russell’s experience and dedication are central to our mission at Forces Finance. Paul Goodman: Paul complements our team with over 34 years of expertise in accountancy and commercial finance. His deep understanding of the SME market and his roles as Chair of the NACFB and a member of the Government's Business Finance Council highlight his commitment to the finance sector. Paul is passionate about extending his knowledge to support military personnel and veterans, helping them secure the financial solutions they need to achieve their business aspirations and contribute to their communities.
