The Financial Advisor Training Institute’s mission is to restock a depleting talent pool of qualified Financial Advisors in the retail investment community in the United States by creating a consistent learning environment that teaches: - Professionalism - High ethical standards - Sophisticated investment and insurance knowledge - Proper sales and client interaction skills The Institute (FATI) will train 250,000 new professional Financial Advisors over the next 15 years. We exist to save Financial Advising from extinction and replenish a depleting talent pool with qualified Financial Advisors because future generations deserve professional and sound financial advice. The Financial Advisor Training Institutes' main programming is the recruitment of Financial Advisor candidates and the development and education of them through the FATI Certification. Additionally, FATI can provide sponsorship for those who need it. Lastly, the ultimate placement of graduates is a support role the institute can play.
