Financial Wellness Strategies (FWS) was founded by former business news anchor Bobbi Rebell, CFP®. With more Americans than ever stressed about money, employers are scrambling to find solutions and meet expectations to create a happier, healthier and more productive workforce. The need for financial wellness programs has never been higher – yet many employers simply don’t know where to begin, or are frustrated with existing programs that are ineffective. FWS is different from other financial wellness offerings in that we bring programming to LIFE through live events, community building and shared accountability. This approach is essential to removing stigmas around money and financial stress. In our interactive workshops, we involve the audience, address pain points, connect financial wellness to mental health and present financial wellness strategies that help attendees set and meet their goals. FWS events offer a kind and supportive environment, casual atmosphere, entertaining presentations and action-oriented advice -- making them the perfect way to elevate existing employee benefits or deliver on an employee event or training.
