About Finaventures

Founded in 1999, Finaventures is a venture and growth equity firm specializing in building Business Ecosystem Groups. Our business model combines capital with transformative innovation and deep managerial and operational involvement. We build our Ecosystem Groups of wholly-owned companies into a robust network of interconnected products, services, and partnerships, creating value through integration, network effects, and customer communities. We optimize our group of companies’ performance through intensive and extensive margin stacking and cost pooling. We are company operators and Business Ecosystem builders. We are neither fee-driven investment managers, securities traders, nor portfolio bettors. We specialize in two sectors we know well: Tech Infrastructure and Renewable Energy. Both sectors address the attractive yet inefficient challenge of solving the ever-evolving “Last Mile” problem. Our Values 1.
