Our brief is wide ranging and includes: Sourcing and high-grading investment opportunities for JFL. Once approved, we advise on optimal deal structure, perform appropriate due diligence and bring together a team of professionals to execute the transaction. We handle all aspects of post-investment work for JFL. We have a successful track record of working with management teams of portfolio companies to execute turnaround or growth strategies as appropriate. We also identify and execute exit strategies. We back cash generative companies with good management and have a strong market position capable of achieving high growth. We have a successful track record of working with management teams to create, implement and execute growth strategies. We seek turnaround opportunities where the business is capable of profit growth through implementing a strategy of operational improvements, business restructuring, and development capital investment. Our team has considerable experience in a wide variety of sectors including: Natural Resources Mining Alternative Energy Property Development Recycling Manufacturing - industrial and consumer Healthcare Business Outsourcing and Financial Services We recommend investments of up to £10M in funding rounds of up to £30M. JFL may be a sole investor or within a syndicate. We also organise funding for MBOs, Acquisition Finance, Turnarounds, Restructuring, Recapitalisation, Equity Release and Growth Capital. We focus on the UK, Europe including CIS and Eastern Europe.
