About Find a Balance

Find A Balance is here to help bridge the gap between mental health and black and ethnic groups. We are a back-to-work service provider that works with NEET young people and adults who have mental health issues, specialising in Black and Minority Ethnic communities. We work with government, charitable, and private organizations as well as private individuals to provide them with a wide range of support services that help these individuals into recovery, paid employment or back into education.
