About Find a Friend

Find a Friend is a nonprofit organization founded by four N.C. State undergraduate students in April of 2018. We focus on creating resources to both educate and facilitate the process of hiring motivated individuals with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities. Mission: To create a flexible, easily accessible resource which allows us to connect with the community of Intellectually or Developmentally Disabled Individuals within our area as well as educate and encourage employees on the benefits of hiring these awesome people.
