Whether it be the big box retail lenders with sprawling call centers of inexperienced "loan officers" who are not true mortgage guideline experts or the billion-dollar websites where consumers go to search for homes on the market and then get paired with a real estate agent and a loan officer... we don't believe the consumer, the LO or the agent are served best by spending their hard earned $$ to be on their websites and receive leads that might convert at a 3% ratio. The loan officer and agent are not vetted in any serious way, so the consumer ends up with someone that quite often is not an expert at the top of their game, hence they need to pay for leads. Find My Way Home seeks to rectify this issue through our website, YouTube channel and our network of world class loan officers and real estate agents who are truly vetted... they are not lightly let into this network - they must apply, meet our core values and standards and be approved to be a part of the network because we are all only as strong as our weakest link and must hold extremely high standards in order to differentiate ourselves and stick out from the crowd - thus attracting the consumer clients who seek our network out as their "First Choice for a Second Opinion."
