Blockchain technology will guarantee that only verified, secure and credible information about the candidates will be provided to the companies in this way avoiding the so called “spam/fake” candidates and increasing the conversion rate. Team has already developed and launched the application with augmented matching process, which will be one of the main channels for interaction with the platform. Beta version was launched in spring of 2018 and attracted companies such as booking.com, Girteka logistics (largest logistics company in Europe). Currently, all updates that were needed after a Beta test have been done and full version of application is scheduled to be released at the very beginning of October 2018.
