About Fineline Recruitment
Fineline Recruitment has been established since 2004 and has grown in size and reputation over this period. Fineline was formed as we believed there was a gap in the market for an agency that could provide a ‘personal service' whilst still delivering first class candidates. From personal frustration of dealing with agencies it was felt that there was a lack of understanding and a strong desire from most to send across 'any old CV’ to reach targets. This resulted in spending valuable time just checking piles of CV’s to ascertain suitable candidates, when this should have been part of the service being provided. Therefore with the above in mind Fineline Recruitment was established with the aim of providing a professional and 'personal service'. An office was opened in Essex and due to continued success now consists of a dedicated team that are focused on customer service and building strong mutually beneficial working relationships. We specialise in recruitment for the Insurance and Reinsurance industry; we have established excellent working relationships with the majority of Brokers, Underwriters, Lloyds Syndicates and Managing Agents across the City, Home Counties and UK wide. We have vast experience of successfully operating within service level agreements and exceeding key performance indicators. We cover all aspects and at all levels for permanent, contract and temporary positions. Due to our expertise all of our consultants have extensive knowledge of the industry. Furthermore, the majority of our team have previously worked either in the industry directly or have worked for larger City based recruiters placing candidates successfully into the Insurance market. In sharp contrast to the recruitment industry as a whole, the staff turnover at Fineline Recruitment is very low, thus providing our candidates and clients with continuity. We believe that the service we offer to clients and candidates is second to none.
