Fiore Casa di Spedizioni Srl began its activity of customs brokers and shipping agents in 1960 in Ravenna, Italy. Year after year Fiore increased and developed a new range of services in order to satisfy the growing expectations of its clientele. In order to stay at pace with the constant evolution of customs and fiscal legislatures, Fiore’s Staff is regularly training improving its knowledge, and has become highly qualified. To improve customer satisfaction since 1998 all services are carried out according to a Quality System in compliance with current ISO standards. Since 2009 Fiore has been certified as Authorized Economic Operator - Customs & Safety (AEOF). The certificate has been issued by the Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli, the Italian Customs governing body. We can offer the best solution based on the integration of different services, customs formalities, inland transport and logistics. With many years of airfreight experience Fiore’s Staff has developed a highly professional technical knowledge and they are capable of handling all commercial shipments, oversize equipment, and dangerous goods. Since 1974 Fiore is a IATA cargo member and can offer full 360°service from collection of goods from shipper’s warehouse to delivery to consignee’s facility at destination. Fiore is able to charter vessels suitable for any category of cargo and for all destinations. Fiore’s structure is based upon the integration of freight and logistics, and shipments by container or break bulk are done on regular basis. Storage and stuffing are carried out in private warehouses. As Fiore has extensive experience in the oil & gas sector they can offer assistance to drilling companies and oilfield contractors for all logistics needs including the establishment of off-shore bonded areas, crew changes, rental of storage areas for materials and equipment, office space rental, customs and Harbor Master formalities.
