About Firebarns Sauces
Choosing Firebarns means choosing a local company founded in 2015 in Canada by Frank Menard and Pierre-Olivier Drouin, 2 spicy food enthusiasts. Their ultimate goal, to democratize hot sauce and establish this culture in Canada. We grow more than 150 tons of hot peppers a year locally, and process them at our plant in Lévis, employing local people. Over the years, we have added several product lines prepared at our plant. BBQ sauces in a variety of flavors, cooked with quality ingredients, spices that will take you to the 4 corners of the world, tasty condiments reinvented in our own way, and a range of ready-to-drink Bloody Caesar products, all prepared with quality ingredients. Our President Barney is the face of our company, and you'll see him on every product label. The company name Firebarns is a tribute to this very special English bulldog. He puts his paw on every one of our bottles!
