We provide graphics for Web, Print, Identity, Video, and Animation, as well as design consultations. After an initial consultation, where we discuss your needs and decide if Firefly Design can meet them, payment of 50-100% of the total project price will be required before the design process can begin. At various stages of the design process you will be contacted to review proofs of your concept and may ask for up to 3 revisions in most cases. upon deliery of the project any remaining balance will be zeroed. and the project will then become yours. Some exceptions may apply. Firefly Design retains copyright of all artwork created by Us, in order to obtain copyright of work produced by Firefly Design for your organization you must obtain express written consent from the artist for the copyright transfer of the rights, title and interest in the work to be valid. We assumes no trademark rights. The design brief includes a Organization Profile, essentially an overview of your organization, also Objectives that you want your organization to achieve as a result of our help. It will outline your Target Audience.This document contains information about your budget and timeline. And finally, the design brief will contain sample art provided to Firefly Design for the purpose of inspiration or brand integrity. Typically projects are started within 24-48 hours of us receiving payment. We offer 3 revisions on most* design concepts, however if you require more than 3 revisions you can purchase a revision package. Completion times depend on a combination of current work loads, complexity of your project, and revision requirements, etc. Firefly Design considers mature, offensive, and questionable material to require increased discretion. As a result, our services for these types of clients are provided on a case by case basis and at a higher rate.
