It’s not what we do, it’s the team that are doing it! The firefly future team have a passion for developing the leaders of the future. As well as to creating social impact in all sectors. We believe it is our human responsibility to play our part in creating a better future, and to having a lot of fun whilst we are doing it! We do this by ensuring that individuals, teams and organisations are conscious about the choices they are making and enabled to be the best and most effective versions of themselves. We listen to the challenges you have and then apply our 3 brains, and vast collective experience, to designing and delivering a high impact solution. As you get to know us through this page, you’ll see that we approach things from very different perspectives: Beth - focuses on getting under the skin of individuals, so change comes from the inside out Lou - focuses on context, the systemic patterns we are all a part of, so creating change from the outside in Gil - focuses on the ‘how’ and tangibly delivering change Each of us playing our part. The sum of the whole being greater than any of us could be as individuals. Every commission carefully designed from scratch to make sure it’s the exact right thing for you. Some of the things we have already done include: - supported organisations to define their purpose, mission and vision, ensuring their people are aligned with it - designed and delivered a variety of local, regional and national leadership development programmes - coordination and delivery of national events - psychometric / personality profiling (including Lumina Spark and Hogan) - Facilitation (from one off days to 18 month relationships) - Coaching (with emerging to senior leaders) - delivery of in house Action Learning Sets (We are also currently in the process of getting our firefly adventure programme ready for launch in spring 2024 🏔️ )
