About Firefly HR: At Firefly HR, we specialise in recruitment for the education and care space of Out of School Hours Care (OSHC), Early Childhood Education (ECE), Family Day Care (FDC) and other professional spaces outside the NQF but related to the field. With a strong foundation in Sydney, the Central Coast and Newcastle, we have ambitious plans for expansion and already support services in more remote locations or interstate (hello ACT, QLD and VIC - we also support you too)! Our mission is to simplify and refine the recruitment process for services while ensuring easy access to quality educators.
