For over 16 years we've been helping small business and small law firms in Chicago with their computer systems. We started my company, Firefly Network Services, with the goal of providing fast-response IT support services for small businesses that is both personalized and proficient. We am proud to say that these core ideals have served my business well. We don't have any contracts with our clients and we maintain a 98% retention rate. --- What We do For Small Businesses and Small Law Firms in Chicago If it plugs in we take care of it. We can manage your data security, firewalls, networking equipment, file servers, mail servers, database servers, workstations, printing, and mobile phones. If you are a law firm we can also take care of your case management, time and billing, document management, discovery & litigation, docketing & calendar systems as well as any cloud based systems. --- Who We Work With We businesses from 1-50 users. We believe that being small doesn't mean you can't have access to IT support services that are traditionally only available to larger companies. We give our solo practitioners the same level of support that we provide to our law firms with over 45 people. -- How We Provide IT & Computer Support to Small Business and Small Law Firms in Chicago We have a 3-5 minute response time to all issues. When a client sends us an email, or calls, we will generally respond to the request for help within 3-5 minutes. We don't use help desks. Each client is assigned a personal IT support technician and a backup technician. That way your tech team always knows the ends and outs of your system. We are located in Downtown Chicago. Speed of response is key to how we work. The fast we can respond the better it is for our clients. To that end, we generally do the bulk of our work remotely. This allows us to respond within seconds rather than minutes. However, we are always happy to go in to see clients
