Who are we? With over 20 years in both the retail & corporate travel industry, we know how it works. We have both worked in management positions in some of the largest agencies in the country. Many travelers tend to book with a large brand name agency because they've heard the name and they assume that because they are a well known company that they will get better prices or service. They attempt to sway you with some basic strategies, but ultimately...many of the larger agencies are constantly hiring and have high turnover. Often you can be dealing with agents that have had little to no experience and a serious lack of knowledge in the industry. The consumers get false ideas and ultimately you never get the discounts or the product that they first sell you on.
