About Firsd Tea

Firsd Tea is the North American source for Chinese teas and botanicals, with direct access to China’s largest tea exporter and world leader in green tea exports. Our network of farms and facilities have been in continuous operation since 1950, and the largest tea producers and exporters in China for 25 consecutive years. The operators under our umbrella rose to become some of the leading and most technologically advanced manufacturers and innovators in the Chinese tea industry. Our portfolio of products include EU compliant conventional teas and organic teas (first organic tea producer in China since 1989), decaf teas (one of only two companies in China who have a CO2 decaf facility) and chemical solvent-free tea extractions, including instant teas, tea polyphenols, and EGCG. With over 65 years’ experience as a leader in the tea industry, our tea producers export more than 40,000 tons of tea annually, including: green tea, black tea, white tea, oolong tea, pu'er tea, scented tea, special gourmet tea, and intensive processed tea products. Our producers were also the first to resurrect the technologies of sencha and matcha production- these prized teas actually originated in China during the Song dynasty.
