WHAT WE DO First and Constance LLC is a growth and special projects consulting firm. We help organizations build infrastructure, scale, solve problems, and work through inflection points. WHO WE ARE Together, Amy Barad and Beth Lavin offer decades of experience in executive leadership, project management, administration, fundraising, and operations. We both have MBAs from Tulane University’s Freeman School of Business, where we met. We bring a unique skill set as “Chief Everything Officers”; we are consummate multi-taskers, and thoughtful problem-solvers, offering integrity and a high value-to-time ratio to every project and problem we take on. OUR CLIENTS Our ideal clients are ambitious executives with critical priorities needing extra bandwidth to advance.
