While colleges and universities are consistently improving academic and social support systems for first-generation college students, most of the funding for those students is limited to federal grants or school-specific scholarships which do not cover all of the expenses associated with earning a four-year degree. As such, it is the mission of the Foundation to provide the financial assistance and mentorship necessary for these individuals to meet their academic aspirations. The Foundation seeks: To address systemic barriers and challenges by providing full or partial scholarship opportunities for students who wish to attend private schools.
