The founder of Les Chefs Catering who revolutionized the Inflight catering industry in South Korea and Asia, shifting the existing culture from mass-produced subpar meals to bespoke and individualized menus befitting those who order them. She has taken this experience and expanded into the American Market serving IAD, DCA, BWI, FDK, GAI, and LEE. First Chime Chef Privé, utilizes both her intimate knowledge of international cuisine as well as her understanding of aircraft galley layouts and the available storage space therein. With First Chime Chef Privé, there is no commitment on the part of aircraft owners to hire personal chefs to prepare their meal for their flight, instead the meal will be prepared by the personal chef and delivered to the aircraft directly. Each and every dish prepared will be unique and sourced from local organic farms, with an in house bakery and pâtissier bringing European quality bread and pastries. The menu of each flight will be tailored to the passenger’s tastes, dietary restrictions, and any other considerations.
