With First Chime Chef Privé, there is no commitment on the part of aircraft owners to hire personal chefs to prepare their meal for their flight, instead the meal will be prepared by the personal chef and delivered to the aircraft directly. Each and every dish prepared will be unique and sourced from local organic farms, with an in house bakery and pâtissier bringing European quality bread and pastries. The menu of each flight will be tailored to the passenger’s tastes, dietary restrictions, and any other considerations.
