First Choice are purveyors of speciality fine foods for the hotel and restaurant industry in London. We cherry-pick our suppliers and work with only the best producers in the UK, across Europe and further afield with a focus on sourcing the highest quality. Since 2001, First Choice has occupied a state-of-the-art catering facility in the heart of London's New Covent Garden Market. Our operational standards are as high as our food standards. We know we’re only as good as our last delivery, so each and every order is tripled checked to ensure accuracy and quality, before being distributed direct to our customers via our own fleet of 27 refrigerated vehicles. We're also ambitious. We've grown a lot since we launched and now distribute across London and the home counties. But our growth doesn't stop here.
