About First Nations Housing Professionals Association
We are a National First Nation NFP Professional Association exclusively educating, certifying, and serving the needs of individual’s working for/or aspiring to work within the First Nations Housing industry. We aim to improve First Nation Communities by equipping frontline Housing Professionals with the necessary tools, skills, and knowledge to build and maintain safe, clean, and accessible housing across Canada. We are currently experiencing rapid growth, since our first year of business in 2018 we have doubled members YoY, established industry credibility, and developed a full suite of services (offered in both English & French). Our focus is to develop Housing Professionals so that they can in turn help serve and respond to their community’s needs and requirements. This includes enhancing housing capacity, occupancy wellbeing, tenancy success, health and safety, and financial management. Whether you are an aspiring or tenured Housing Professional, here at FNHPA we will help support you in your role, providing education, certification/designation, and ongoing inclusive resources.
