Our Company is engaged in the acquisition, development, redevelopment, and asset management of real estate properties in California and the Western United States. Our team consists of uniquely qualified professionals with skills in all facets of real estate development and long-term asset stewardship. Creation and preservation of property asset values within our investment portfolio is our ultimate goal. Our owners established their reputation as developers, proprietors and managers of multi-family residential properties in Southern California over 30 years ago. The partnership continues to innovate and expand into new geographic regions and products where market opportunities exist. All comprehensive real estate services including: acquisition analysis, financing, development, redevelopment, construction, supervision, budgeting, and asset management are provided in-house to ensure financial control, state of the art information processing, and efficiency of operations.
