First Realty International is a company that specializes in facilitating the sell and purchase of factories, hotels, mines, buildings, farms, ethanol plants, pharmaceutical companies, and other commercial entities in the International market. We specifically help buyers who are interested in owning a business of all types located outside the United States and sellers who are interested in marketing their businesses for sale outside of their countries. We have very strong ties and liaisons with business owners in the South American countries that have businesses for sale. Over the past 10 years, First Realty has successfully sold and negotiated over 3 Billion Dollars in Real Estate, to include residential, commercial, and land. As with all reputable companies in this industry, we are very keen on protecting our seller’s confidentiality and require that all buyers sign a confidentiality agreement before releasing information on the properties/businesses we have for sale. It is also a requirement that all buyers complete a Buyer’s Profile, a Financial Qualifications Worksheet and Specific criteria search before introducing the buyer to our sellers. We facilitate the completion of these documents via the internet, fax or regular mail.
