We positively impact the lives of thousands of people each day. We are a not-for-profit organization offering many quality of life services in the eight eastern counties of Northeast Tennessee, including Carter, Greene, Hancock, Hawkins, Johnson, Sullivan, Unicoi, and Washington counties. Each year we provide various services to nearly 15,000 individuals including 1,000 meals per day through our many programs such as Meals on Wheels, NET Trans, Adult Day Care, Personal Support Services, Senior Community Service Employment Program, Foster Grandparents Program, the Day Reporting Center and Felony & Misdemeanor Probation and Rehabilitation.
