In fact, we’re owned by Texas-based Scott and White Health Plan—part of Baylor Scott & White Health—and are connected to nearly 140,000 members in our communities. Today, our service area includes 143 counties, with local offices in Abilene, Amarillo and Lubbock. FirstCare’s founders were dedicated to fighting the rising costs of health care.
