Fischer since 1984, F&F continuously enhances its award winning product lines to reflect the latest architectural trends and the changing needs and desires of its valued customers. Fischer & Frichtel takes pride in offering a “home for every lifestyle,” including beautiful ranch, 1.5-story, 2-story and detached villas in the most sought-after areas—from stylish, walkable communities, to lavish gated neighborhoods and intimate wooded enclaves. The company also builds homes from its custom portfolio on private lots. The F&F Home Center is located beside the company's main office in Chesterfield. Home Center design consultants are highly respected industry professionals whose talent and passion for design have helped F&F win countless awards for excellence. Each F&F customer is assigned a personal design consultant, who guides them through each step of the selection process, and collaborates with them to choose from a vast selection of finishings to complement their new home and express their individuality, from floor to ceiling, wall to wall, inside and out. Fischer & Frichtel homes are covered by a 10 year limited warranty through RWC (Residential Warranty Company). During the first and second year, claims are managed by Fischer & Frichtel and/or the contractors who built your home. That is what makes our program unique.
