About Fischy Music
Fischy Music is a 27-year-old child-centred and creative charity. We create songs to nurture positive mental health in children by helping them express and manage a range of emotions. We work directly with children, locally and nationally, singing, writing and listening to songs in primary schools, faith and community settings. We support adults who work with, or care for children by equipping them with musical resources and appropriate training. We provide online digital musical resources for schools and churches Over a quarter of all Scottish primary schools across 30 local authorities subscribe to Fischy Music Online song packages. Our Health & Wellbeing songs and resources are inclusive and appropriate for all children regardless of outlook on life or religious belief. As our roots are in the Christian Faith, we also provide resources that are suitable for use in religious and moral education and in church settings. Fischy Music is based in Edinburgh. Our songs and resources are used mostly in Scotland and England, but also all over the world, from Derby to Dubai and Aberdeen to Australia!
