Formazione Integrata Superiore del design - FIS'D, in English Integrated Higher Education of Design, is a non-profit consortium composed by Research institutes, Universities, Vocational training centres, Enterprises and Public organisations. FISD was founded in 2001 to promote research, education and entrepreneurship in the field of Design or Creativity-related. The general aims outlined in the charter objectives, are to promote European higher education, to improve and increase career opportunities for young people and to provide an intercultural understanding through the cooperation of third countries. Moreover FISD has an expertise in managing projects involving many transnational partners. Main features of the FISD are as follows: -reCity EJMC an European Joint Masters Course in City Regeneration, and -Young Entrepreneurs Hub, a transnational Career Centre. The Consortium is accredited for Continuing Education and Higher Education by the Region of Calabria and have a Quality Management System to design, manage and implement counselling, higher education and continuing education activities, certified ISO 9001:2008.
