Fishbowl Service support is an online subscription for childcare services. Once subscribed services have access to all regulatory and general policies as well as procedures, forms, position descriptions and operational managers reports and audits. There are a choice of 4 subscriptions for childcare service managers to choose from. The unique feature of Fishbowl is as described in the logo - "Service Support Within Reach" unlike most online websites as the owner of Fishbowl I am hands on with my clients and I will support them as part of their subscription. I am further involved in the childcare sector in the capapcity as a consultant.This allows me to stay current and informed of changes and trends. My wealth of experience in the childcare sector has been vast and has encompassed various roles from educator to operations manager for varied companies to consultant for stand alone services Australia wide. The passion for policy writing and the realisation of the need for extra support came about when dealing with stand alone services. I wrote one policy at a time over a period of over a year and launched Fishbowl Service Support Pty Ltd in late 2018.The whole portfolio of policies procedures and forms has recently in 2022 had a complete redo ensuring that they all align with ACECQA guidelines. The subscription content is constantly being added to as needs arise and changes occur. The subscription is updated monthly. Clients can order a service specific policy or form at no extra cost to their subscription and once completed is uploaded to Fishbowl for all to share. My experience has been enhanced in the last few years through the involvement of revision and rewriting of policies for 3 childcare companies. Fishbowl Service Support aims to be unique by combining the support via email for its clients.
