About Fiske Properties
Headquartered in the greater Boston area, Fiske Properties LLC is real estate investment company that specializes in the buy and hold model. We take distressed properties and renovate them, making affordable high quality housing for our tenants while at the same time generating a steady, high yield cash flow for investors. How does it work? We buy properties in high demand areas, where rents are stable. The properties are usually in “bad shape” and in need of major repairs. Once we finish the rehab process, we rent the apartments. This process is sometimes being referred to as the BRRRR method. More about the BRRRR method here. We aim to provide affordable housing and we work with local and government housing agencies such as HUD, BHA, CTI and others to provide lower income renters the opportunity to live in high quality housing through programs such as Homebase, RAFT, and the voucher system (Section 8).
