About Fist of Flour Pizza Company

I hand built my mobile pizza oven in July of 2010. I launched Fist of flour in March of 2011, and now offer Catering services, Wood fired Pizzas and salads. Cooked to order or buffet style. We can accommodate small and large parties. In 2014 I opened our first brick and mortar location in the Laurel District of East Oakland serving our signature fresh hot pizzas to the surrounding areas. We offer take-out and delivery through various third party apps. We just celebrated our 8th year in business and are still going strong despite the recent global pandemic! We are slowly but surely returning to the outside world offering our wood-fired catering services again all over the Bay Area and beyond.
