About Fit After Pink
Fit After Pink is on a mission to empower breast cancer survivors to live physically active lives. We offer three fitness programs led by certified fitness coaches instructors and certified Cancer Exercise Specialists. Our programs include the Strength After Breast Cancer program, our Running Club which welcomes runners and walkers of all paces and levels who are training for an upcoming race, and finally, our Nordic Walking Club. Nordic walking is a low impact activity that has numerous health benefits for breast cancer survivors. Its popularity in Europe is increasing, and we hope to introduce breast cancer survivors in Northeast Ohio to this great activity.
