About Fit Happens UK
Fit Happens is the name of a TV series and motivational speaking partnership - both focused on fitness for everyone. It was founded by Chris Zaremba with Nicola Feustel and Keith Cormican also as presenters. The first series covers fitness and nutrition of all types and was filmed in 2014 and is now available on Chris' YouTube channel - www.bitly.com/ChrisVideos The second series is currently being transmitted on TV in the UK (summer 2017) and will be on YouTube in October. It goes one stage beyond the first series with even more fitness activities and luscious yet healthy recipes. There are also two Generation Challenge specials which feature Dan Wynes and Chris (at the opposite ends of the fitness age range) - and these are also on the YouTube channel. The presenters also present Motivational Speaking sessions either individually or as a group. Between them, they cover just about every aspect of fitness - and have arrived in fitness from widely differing backgrounds.
