Fit Mama offers fitness, health and vitality coaching programmes for moms worldwide. Overwhelmed by "new mom" information out there, Fit Mama was created to help guide our friends with simple fitness, health, vitality and wellness solutions. Rather than segregate new moms, Fit Mama is all about affordable community and private solutions. Online fitness videos and programs combined with educational modules (nutrition, goal setting, motivation, habits, food strategy, lifestyle, and more) provides a range of courses suitable for the new mom, the not-so-new-mom, and the high-performing woman. Offering two key online programs: Fit Mama and Thrive Underwire, Fit Mama has carefully developed these courses following decades of personal experience in the corporate world, fitness industry and motherhood - and through training hundreds of women through pre-, ante- and post-natal stages in life. Fit Mama Fitness licensed classes give the chance for local businesses, fitness centres, large-scale gyms, to offer the Fit Mama class range within their own businesses - thus creating a strong fitness offering to retain and encourage growth of a key client demographic. The head Fit Mama Coach, and CEO, Michelle Caira, has created a vision to help support, encourage and foster strong fitness, health and mental vitality strategies for like-minded women. The courses take a holistic approach to training and educating clients, to create and embed life-long strategies - that work.
