Fit to Exit is a company that is designed to accelerate business owners to their ideal exit. Fit To Exit is an expertly produced online course designed to empower entrepreneurs to create their ideal exit strategy. In just ten weeks and through four proprietary modules, our students learn proven, actionable strategies to design their ideal business exit, and accelerate towards it safely and realistically. Upon course completion, participants are equipped with an actionable toolkit that enables them to clearly define their ideal exit, and begin accelerating toward it. The course includes Q&A’s with business valuators, tax experts, investors, and other entrepreneurs who’ve successfully exited, as well as proven legal templates and methodologies used to design and execute high quality business exits. Fit To Exit was conceptualized and designed by industry experts. Through their combined 25+ years of experience as lawyers specializing in business law, business exits, intellectual property and litigation, our founders, Frederick Pinto (LL.L, LL.B, LL.M, G.C) and Michael J.
