At Fit180, your success is our goal and the only way we measure ourselves. We get to know and understand every client so we can create a program that fits their specific needs. Our approach is not only to give you a challenging workout each and every time you visit, but to also coach you on food intake so you’re equipped for all types of situations that occur in between your visits (i.e., parties, vacations, family dinners, eating out with friends, etc.). We teach accountability … and with our daily feedback about your food intake, we know that you will achieve the results you want. NO monthly gym fees here. At FIT180, we focus strictly on one-on-one training. To ensure that our clients are getting the most out of their training sessions, only trainers with clients are allowed on the gym floor. You'll be free from all of the usual commercial gym distractions. Regardless of whether your fitness goals are to lose fat, tone or build muscles, improve overall health, increase flexibility, or attain core strength, FIT180 will formulate a customized fitness program for you that will yield results.
