About FitForce

Steve created FitForce to provide the most effective way to boost fitness, teamwork, and wellbeing - while clients enjoy fun, variety, challenge and camaraderie. FitForce is most well known currently for its small and exclusive bootcamp sessions; and team wellness solutions for businesses. FitForce is forging a new path in corporate well-being and staff health with numerous offringe suitable to businesses of all sizes, making them leaner and fit for business. The programmes bring together Steve's military and scientific experience as well as his years in management. He has also joined forces with some of the best nutritionists available today to create leading edge diet programmes and supplements. Following completion of a BSc majoring in Human Biology from Oxford Brookes University, Steve was a British Royal Marine for 10 years. In this time he earned a Green Beret and was a Commando Officer responsible for rehabilitation of Commandos at the Commando Training Centre, as well as being responsible for the physical training and fitness of junior Royal Navy Officers at the Britannia Royal Naval College. Steve is trained as an instructor in Arctic warfare with the Norwegian Army, trained in Mountain Warfare with the Romanian Army in Transylvania and completed an anti-terrorist tour of duty in Northern Ireland.
