About us: Founder of Fitness Foods Erika Brown has had an immense love for food since she was a child. After graduating from Culinary school in 2004 she found herself working countless hours in a kitchen with little reward. Having no time for her family and constantly being sick, tired, and overweight, Erika knew something had to change. While searching for a more fulfilling future Erika found herself working as a personal cook. One of her clients who is now our Nutrition Specialist, introduced Erika to the world of healthy cooking and clean eating. This client lives and breathes a lifestyle filled with clean eating and fitness. Erika began to understand the importance of proper nutrition and the profound effects it has on our lives each and every day. For almost 10 years now Erika has immersed herself into nutritious cooking and has been providing people with busy lifestyles fresh and healthy meals. This love for food and the health of others has given Tiffany and Erika Brown the drive to create what is now "Fitness Foods". Fitness foods is a completely organic meal delivery service that uses all grass fed and free range poultry and meat. All meals are prepared with the utmost care and are delivered directly to your home or office twice a week in your own personalized cooler bag. With paleo options, extra protein, added juices from body energy club and much more, we believe that we can cater delicious clean eating to almost any individual.
