Your body is your temple so our programs are designed to strengthen your mind, body, and soul. Coach Jaz always says, “tell your body what you need to do”, we know the importance of the mind/body connection and helping you attain physical strength through mental clarity is our passion. This passionate journey started with Pace For Success in 2008 then Fit Factory NYC in 2012 and now combining both brands as Fitness Sanctuary in 2017. Jaz has a background in fashion and started doing bootcamps after a layoff in 2008 so bringing the Fitness Sanctuary back to the Fashion District brings it full circle.
