Fitness & Wellness Works is a new healthcare concept, designed to give members the experience and tools to take greater control over their health and preventive care decisions through unique and exciting programs. The Fitness & Wellness Works programs were created to provide a cost-effective, preventive benefits program to a broad range of managed care organizations (HMOs, PPOs, POSs, and EPOs), self funded employer groups, worker’s compensation companies, Medicare, Medicare Supplement organizations, TPAs, etc. Our programs are designed specifically for individuals looking for a total health and physical activity program, regardless of their fitness level. Participants can access a range of services, from a basic fitness center membership where they can participate in everything from specialized low-impact Fitness & Wellness Works Program classes to the self-directed Fitness & Wellness Works Program, all of which focus on improving and increasing overall physical health.
