About Five Horizons Partners
Five Horizons Partners (“FHP”) was founded in 2022 by Ben London, Curtis Sachs, Mike Sanford and Miles Treaster to fill a void in the current real estate investing environment: providing both co-GP capital and strategic expertise to real estate operating platforms that are looking for a programmatic partner to help grow their business through property level and operating company investments. FHP is market and asset class agnostic, investing across the continental U.S. in different real estate sectors, with the flexibility to invest across the capital stack. Drawing from over eight decades of combined partner experience, FHP also provides deal sourcing opportunities, LP capital and debt solutions, strategic positioning, project and portfolio management capabilities, back-of-house support, as well as hiring and team building expertise. FHP is not simply another Co-GP investor; rather, we provide a comprehensive strategic capital partner solution that allows real estate operators to turn their business plans into a reality and focus on maximizing enterprise value. In doing so, we differentiate ourselves from the competition, drive greater demand for our services, and provide enhanced returns to our investors.
