In operation since 2005, fkiQuality provides consulting, training and coaching in continuous improvement. Naperville-based fkiQuality is a consulting and education company focused on making every organization more effective and humane, by freeing and guiding the full potential of all its employees. We believe that all organizations should have as many innovators as it has employees. To this end, we challenge leaders to rethink whether they know their organizations deeply, go beyond old habits and biases, and get ready to face the future. Those who take on this challenge can transform their companies, leverage the full spectrum of their employees’ endowments, and lead differently to improve continually. This is in sharp contrast with financials-based or efficiency-centered management approaches. We believe that organizations are made of interrelated teams which must work together to achieve one common goal.
