I’m an experienced new business development and media sales consultant specialising in lead generation. My experience in publishing and marketing has enabled me to develop a Playbook outlining simple processes and practices which can provide immediate and measurable revenue growth for my target clients. New business success can be delivered by the implementation of some or all elements of this Playbook, including: - An active plan involving email, social, event and telephone marketing - Targeting selected new prospects balanced with previous and current contacts - Implementing a solid process to leverage every prospect as much as possible - Having a clear and impress set of credentials to talk about - Having a foundation of marketing to keep the agency in your prospect’s mind Very little I do is revolutionary. But I understand looking after existing revenue streams and other elements of your job mean that new business activity is often overlooked or patchy. And a good full time New Business Director is both difficult to find and expensive. I see my role to help bring in and deliver processes to fill in the gaps, either on an interim or ongoing basis.
